What each week looks like:

2 strength workouts

2 Pilates classes

1 yoga flow

1 restorative yin

Week 1

  • Full Body Strength: Upper & Lower Body

  • Pilates Length

  • Fluid Yoga Flow

  • Strength: Heavy + Med/Light with Loop Band

  • Pilates Standing & Floor Work

  • Yoga Begin Again Slow Flow

Week 2

  • Strength Heavy & Light

  • Pilates Stretch

  • Yoga Balance & Flow

  • Strength 1 Heavy Weight

  • Pilates Sculpt (optional ankle weights)

  • Yin Class

Week 3

  • Strength Full Body: 2 Heavy, 1 Light/Medium

  • Pilates Focus & Control

  • Yoga Length

  • Strength Full Body: Light/Medium + Heavy

  • Pilates Fluid Flow

  • Slow Stretch Yin Flow
