This is the program for you if you're ready to stop starting over.
28 days. A balanced, doable schedule. Movement that builds you up instead of burning you out. Each week you'll have three strength workouts, two Pilates or yoga classes, and two meditations, everything your body and mind need to feel strong, steady, and consistent.
Most classes are around 30 minutes, with some a little shorter and a few a little longer. Flexible enough to fit into real life, structured enough to actually get results.
This isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up, building momentum, and remembering what your body is capable of.
All levels welcome. Move at your own pace, take rest when you need it, and let this be the reset that actually sticks.

Full Body Strength
Pilates Standing & Floor Work
Yoga Flow: Balance & Hips
I Am Confident, I Am Capable Meditation (with music)
4-7-8 Breathing: I Let Go of What No Longer Serves Me (with music)
